Doesn't change the fact that the person in question originally was in violation nor the ruling put onto the person by the GMs. It's a gross way to go about it on the part of the reporters but it doesn't change the reality of the situation that you're breaking the ToS by having paid brothel services and advertising it publicly. The acts themselves are behind closed doors, yes, but the advertisements and carrd information are not.

That is the actual issue here compared to the actual act of ERP. If the ERP was the issue, then the game would be like PSO2:NGS where all messages (private or public) are scanned for sexual content and people are permanently banned shortly after.

At best both will be ban. This problem has been here since forever, or in any social media really, salty people are going to report you because blocking/ignoring and moving on with your life is not enough. Then, you have an even more special kind that do it for the luls, I meet many that like annoying others to get a reaction and then report.

Still, this is a self made problem by the ERP community in particular, instead of keeping a low profile the whole thing evolved to what we have now. Some forget that even if SE look the other way if they could make it go away without loosing money they will.

It's like with DPS metters, tolerated as long as you keep it to yourself.
