It absolutely is not fair. It's not fair for 2 or 4 people grouped together to override 2 or 4 people who come in make up the rest of the party. Anyone past your "majority" may as well just not even bother voting. That's not a fair or balanced system.

I have been that third person before where I see a dps just summarily kicked without any warning and where there weren't problems. I left and told them good luck finding a healer to join in progress. We're a party the game randomly matched so we can cooperate and get through the run together. Not a duo who control party makeup on their own whims.
