I actually paid for two accounts for awhile, so you can't be like me unless you have two accounts!
A game I currently don't enjoy but play because I enjoy my ffxi friends of 8 years who pretend to like it? Yeah I'm dumb, god how do you guys know everything about me? Are you stalking me? I bet you guys even know what other games I play when I don't have to kill the ifrits or moogles!

I don't eat breakfast.
Maybe you should stop eating.
Just give us a normal loot system.
Darkhold even had this. Yes it was a half assed loot system that lacked the functionality of every other major MMO on the market including FFXI in typical FFXIV tradition. But you could use it. You could distribute gear however you wanted, the power was in the hands of the groups that killed it and not abstracted through some stupid totem and nut charm, personal loot lists, with keystones and inferno tapers bullshit no one asked you for.
If you didn't want to use it, then it worked just like the crappy primal loot system. You could just keep everything that looted to you, and even drop any duplicates if you wanted to go that extra mile to be a total dick.
It was so much better than the Primal system, the only thing wrong with darkhold's loot system and itemization was... the items. Combine that system with rewards people actually can get excited about, and you have a happy customer right here.

^ That pretty much.
Really really hoping the new dungeons don't follow the primal loot system.
