Increase Castrum abandon penalty

Not sure if this has been talked about yet or not but I really hope the devs double the penalty time for people skipping Castrum Meridianum. The level of people who ditch the Main Scenario roulette if its not Prae has been insane as of late. The past few weeks I think almost every time I've gotten Castrum I've had to re-que because one person will ditch and then suddenly the entire party does and giving dps wait times for the roulette can still take around 20+ minutes depending on what time of day it is is frustrating our time is being wasted by selfish players.

I'd say they could increase the EXP payout to match but then everyone would skip Prae to get the shorter of the two thus ending back with the same problem. I just hope they do something about this, new players get screwed over out of the story and both new and old get their time wasted especially if they are DPS trying to que for them.

Changes are coming to the instance as YoshiP eluded to it last month. I almost imagine that could be what they could do since they also have plans to add trusts to some earlier dungeons.

I really think this would be helped if either they added another option to the MSQ roulette, or made it a trust duty/dungeon.

It's a good way to get a lot of exp for leveling alts though. You just want to throw that out the window?

I'm ok with bumping the penalty up. Make it only apply to queueing for the MSQ roulette if need be. Bump it to 1 or 2 hour penalty.

Funny enough, the Castrum I got today had one of the tanks pull all the start trash and once everyone jumped in to start killing it the tank left thus people started to die. I considered reporting them but meh, I didn't.

If that was the only avenue of leveling your alt classes then I would agree. You still have PotD/HoH, the other roulettes, your squad, and fate trains/queue spamming your highest level dungeon if you are that hard up.
