Increase Castrum abandon penalty

In my experience, the experience gain from doing prae isn't worth the extra 20+ minutes. Its only about 1/5th more to do prae instead. Bosses are so chump change if you're 80+.

I only had 1 person leave Castrum, rest just stick and even manage to skip the damage reduction phase on Colossus which always gets me excited.

I prefer Castrum either way, it is always fun chaotic to enjoy.
