I always liked the dancer gameplay, it was the first/second job I levelled to 80 in shadowbringers right next to machinist. However the weapons just put me off playing it. I mean dancer has some of the worst looking weapons out of any mmo I have ever played.

I really like/d the Dancer Bozja Recollection weapon. The raid weapon style doesn't appear to me personally.

I personally believe that all utility or support abilities should be removed from the DPS and that the DPS should only be focused on their own damage. Not everyone else's. Being a support has the same problem as having a pet on a job does. Your damage is lowered to make up for it.
But that's just me as I find support jobs boring. You are either full support so you sit there twiddling your thumbs only doing something when your party buffs run out or you are like DNC and BRD and your damage suffers to make up for it.

your point being?
how many do you use at one time?
I like dancer, I think its fun. I have a couple weapons I like and goes with the glams I use for dancer. I also dont care where my damage is because the job is fun.
I play to enjoy myself, I realize some have to be top of teh DPS pile and they'll move on to something else, but me, jobs change, dnc is no exception so will always be a fave after healer until they make it unfun for me.
I hardly think the job was wrong by the devs.
(but yes, many of the weapons are... just plain ugly...)
