I do agree that MAX percentile is not the data to use as it includes lucky crit, pots and good teammates when it comes to job with rDPS.
90th percentile shows the job potential if you plays it correctly with a few mistakes.
At 75th percentile and belows shows where people goofed their rotation or got KO'd at the end of a run.
At 50th and below shows people who got KO'd and are doing massive mistakes in their rotation.
Since the MCH is the "least punished", it will go higher as the percentile drops.

I'm still wondering why should you pick a MCH.
All ranged can offer Tacticians, which means in the equation, MCH only offers DPS. Which it doesn't even offers since it performs lower at an acceptable level.
