I didn't get my code either, and on the day of ordering i was told that i need to re-order before the event is over because the fact that I didn't get the coupon accepted was a technical error on their part. I'm going to hope that SE resolves this, once I get confirmation of yes/no I'm cancelling/deleting grubhub. I have no idea why grubhub thought it would be a good idea to scam people over a emote. If they're willing to go to that extent over something so minor, imagine how horrible the rest of their service is? Well, at least I know how bad their customer service is at least. Shady! Never again.
