They could probably pour a lot of money and get the required equipment at a higher price, though that may not be worth it to them. It might seem like a no brainer from the outside, but I'd imagine it's a bit more complicated internally than just telling them to spend more money. It has been a bit of a rocky launch, but I think anyone who saw the signs starting at least a half a year ago knew what was going to happen. SE should have as well, but I digress.
