I dont have exact numbers but it feels like boss health is higher then shb and the damage output of their abilities is also a lot higher. It feels like a nice change and I really like the new mechanics in a lot of the dungeons/8 players even if they killed me a few times lol. That being said it feels fine to me? Maybe it'll be easier once savage is out and people can actually log in lol
