2nd night unable to play because of LONG queue times

Why does it matter if I have a 90 and some other classes leveled? I still can't just log on when ever I want in fact I took days off of work from my vacation allotment to do so. If I didn't have that I wouldn't be anywhere near 90.

Also, I'm not ignorant enough to not understand how a situation is because I don't go through it. I don't need to go through pregnancy to understand that giving birth hurts. I also have to deal with the queues now that I don't have time off of work. I have to deal with the errors that is happening on all servers. I have NO PROBLEM with queues. I have a problem with the babysitting the queue and the disconnections from queues.

So, you think if the servers were just dead didn't work at all that would be okay? because technically that would be interruptions and still count towards the agreement.

Some people like to gear out their character and be that guy that is the most geared in dungeons or be the first to get said item or materials. Their is a lot of benefits of being at the beginning of the game when a new expansion launches.

You see a game as optional and yes but also is paying for rent, and all utilities. You could go live in the forest and live out there. These things are also optional. You do them because they provide you comfort and safety from outside world. But you could also do the same in the forest if you learn to survive out there. I mean people do it.

I think Blizzard has turned to a dumpster fire of a company but I've never really had any issues with their log in servers besides the first day of launch. If there is a queue I never got booted from that queue besides my internet failing.


and if the 2022 issue is true and lets say it happens you saying wait a month isn't going to happen. People that could get in everyday will have played it till they don't want to anymore and the others get to just sit back and wait. That is unacceptable to me. Luckily FFXIV isn't an open world PvP game because that would be even worse. z

I will never change your mind and you won't mine. I can see your points and I can see why you have them. My worry is that people like you that give games a pass because simply we can play it later is setting a stage for where gaming companies don't have to care how they release a game as long as they put an agreement to cover their butt.

Sitting here at 11+pm on a friday night looking at a 3000 person que. This should not still be happening and "gee we cant get servers is wearing thin". Yeah theres a chip shortage but its 2021, this game should be on the cloud and that shouldn't matter. I started in que at 9pm, got one 2002 error, and then sat in the que for another hour to get down to 1000, at which point i gave up and went to bed. this is ridiculous. SE needs to do better. I am a parent and i dont have 20 hours to deal with this stuff. you want me to pay you, fix it so i can use your product without a 2-3 hour que. This is totally unacceptable more than a week into launch.
