I dont live in jpapan, but i imagine that working there must be like: you need 100% and if not suceed with 500% your out. I undestand that every job in any cowntry demand excellence, but in japan must be waaaay mutch preasure.

You have no idea. For those of us who have lived this, Yoshi's face in the Live Letter where he announced the delay spoke volumes. They've been in "Death March" mode for months. I wouldn't be surprised if a number of the Japanese staff went home only a couple times a week or snuck home every night for three or four hours.
