Access the Mogstation and under Service Account status check your subscription type and if it's active or not.
If it's active then you've already paid for those 7 "Free" Days of Playtime since you have not been able to play.
If people were not given the service they paid for when they paid for it, then that's a breach of contract. Giving people "compensation time" after they have not been able to play is not free, it's reimbursing what they paid for so they can't sue for fraud.
