Its not about being "ignorant" its seemingly about them not wanting to ramp up capacity temporarily in the short term to save some dollars. I'm not taking a side either way...as a director I'd probably choose the same thing since it makes sense financially. But to just say "you're ignorant, supply shortage, blah blah" is also ignorant.
You understand that they literally cannot just "upgrade the capacity" when there is no way for them to upgrade the servers right? If it was doable Yoshi would have made a official statement about it like he did with the semi-conductor shortage, there was literally nothing they could have done.
