Well, EW adjustmets are out and I'm disheartened to see that only Medica and Medica 2 got a cost reduction (Why Medica only went down by 100 as opposed to 200 is beyond me).
Also, wtf is with the naming of Liturgy of the Bell?

only when you reflect back onto me when the Tank had a quarter of his health and still died when i used you.
This. Thin Air did NOT need to be changed, it was adequate where it was....and that was the "...excuse me...everyone's died...i need to raise them without being useless because of MP Issues" button.
The Way Thin Air was set up...it put the WHM on a level that they could "compete" with other healers and their better MP economy.
My Quality of Life change would be for them to rename "Liturgy of the Bell" to anything else.
I'm not a fan of it either to be honest. Just something else I hate about the ability I guess.
I don't like how they want the WHM to get hit to proc the healing waves.
Not to frequently though because its on a 3 minute CD and they nerfed our MP economy with only a cheap cost reduction to 2 skills to compensate.
I decided to update my OP with some more ideas after watching the healer suggestion videos. Some ideas are shamelessly ripped from the video admittedly but I felt them worth keeping as they were just too good not to include but in a fashion that the Devs might be more inclined to go along with, if for no other reason because they'd be low effort adjustments rather than a complete overhaul of their curren design of WHM with new systems included.
This, I hate the current name so much. Half the time, I'm telling my cohealer "I'm using Lilybell!"
Aside from that. If they want to make lillies useful, then I'd suggest starting with making Misery DPS-neutral. This way it's not used for a gain but rather not actively hurting your performance just for using them.
The counter-arguement doesn't make sense to me either "but people will use it for DPS and not the lillies!" No, why is it that WHM is punished for reaching for a lily heal for the lack of oGCD healing their kit is devoid of? Literally, in order to even squeeze out the most damage you can, you have to minimize lily usage to single digits, especially in fights with zero downtime. Using them hurts your only niche in a fight, and that's being a DPS healer. They offer nice synergy or niche to a team comp or to their cohealers.
AST has many oGCDs for example to slot in healing spots where SGE or SCH can't cover. AST is everyone's favorite healer because if someone knows how to use AST, it makes the fight more comfortable and ease the healing load on their cohealer.
Take P2S for example, has no downtime and quite a bit of movement during mechanics like Limit Cut and puddle baiting. WHM would have to use a DoT refresh and Swiftcast and maybe a lily heal just so you're not doing nothing while moving. AST has Lightspeed, SGE potentially saved their starter Toxicon, or during Limit Cut. SCH at least has Ruin II (not great but at least it's damage regardless). So WHM has to use lillies for movement and is punished for doing so.
Then moving onto their lack of synergy, which can be easily fixed with a couple things. Assize and Tetra having two charges, the former helping them retain MP better and having at least one Assize past the opener to use for healing purposes. It's damage is great but it isn't compared to Earthly Star which has range and a much higher heal. Tetra to match Essential Diginity. I'd even say to put Assize on the GCD as movement tool to justify keeping it's potency.
When played optimally currently, WHM will be healing significantly less than the other three because they lack anything pass Assize (which is used on CD so it doesn't line up), Asylum, Lilybell (which is uncontrollable and on a 3min CD). That's it for AoE healing oGCDs. WHM's GCD design is workable but they need to have a payoff to justify using them. Misery being a DPS loss is not it. If they don't want to give Misery more potency, then make a ST equivalent that is neutral.
WHM will always suffer from being the abandoned healer because the devs refuse to actually make their GCD design make than a blank canvas with nothing but redundant spells with zero reward or rewards that don't work against the job.
