There is nothing so special and unique about Viera that they have to be the only ones with long fluffy hair.

You clearly don't know the Viera race that well if you're trying to disregard the Viera's 10+ years of character appearances in numerous games. You other races would not be able to pull off Fran's hairstyle due to the lack of rabbit ears therefore the Viera headpiece headpiece that comes along with it would look insanely random.

I choose to look at the glass half full instead of complaining about the flavour water I'm getting.

But all you've done since your first post here is complain how you feel entitled to hair a Viera wore in XII? This shouldn't be so much of an issue for you considering you have a Viera alt.
