Getting punished for server latency is not complexity. It's asinine design, especially when we have dance steps as a comparison.

That.... Doesn't address the issue.

I can do much more as Dragoon without having to hold back and don't get punished for it. Such as popping off hard as Dragoon but if I do that as a Ninja my Mudra will get ruined very easily if I even have any latency issues or the game doesn't register my input fast enough.

Ninja just seems like it wasn't designed as well.

You realize NIN had 4 finishers at one point in time?
Hell, Shadow Fang wasn't turned into Sonic Break v2 until 5.1; until then was an actual rotational element and had solid 2-3 target DoT-cleave implications.
