I think the problem comes when you multiply it by all those FCs who own entire wards. Sure 1 house of 4 subs isn't much, but 27 houses times 4 subs generates a lot of gil

I guess that is fair, yeah. But still, gil isn't the issue. Or at least it's not the biggest one.
