"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
I'm 100% all for same gender - love who you love.
However, this is Eorzea. Not Utah.
Are the gummy bears at least the THC kind?
Wanna pick me up a package or three as well?

Why didn't you just BLU mage it? Die and have her raise you?I legit married my actual wife in game just to finally clear Kugane Tower using said teleport benefits. Also that stupid light pole thing below the tower...
"Hey baby, can we get married in the game so I can clear this stupid tower?"
"Only if you buy the plan where we can dye the dresses..."
Anyway, Polygamy is illegal in most of the United States and Japan (I looked it up.)
I doubt it's coming to game as a 'supported thing.' Like Murder is illegal too and we do it, but it's also frowned upon by NPCs.
They're not going to make a feature that's IRL illegal.

Name Meaning:
Nekaru = Neko + Hikaru
Infitima = Infinity + Ultima
So we're gatekeeping MMO-weddings now? A couple of friends getting married solely for the items doesn't have any impact on those who are going through with ceremony for RP purposes.This is exactly why Eternal Bond should not come with any free teleports or gameplay benefits. You're literally calling them a "friend." Do you marry all your friends in real life? You just want more free teleports, that is all this topic is about, and unfortunately I suspect a lot of players are scamming the system purely for this reason.
Eternal Bond should just be an RP-focused event, with no real benefit other than what it means to you: an expression of your devotion to another and a celebration of your love. Whatever form that love takes, who you love, how many people you love, it's all good, so go nuts and do what you want. But if you are only doing it for material gain or some mechanical conveniences, then you're in it for the wrong reasons. It's the exact same thing we see with the Mentor system -- the wrong people are acting as fake "Mentors," because all they want is the crown and the prestige and the ego stroking.
That said, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be able to teleport to a friend, but let's keep this cringey "fake marriage" farce out of the equation. They should just let you pick a person on your Friend List to freely teleport to. Or alternatively, as you group up with and play with friends, you gradually generate consumable teleports. Like, you complete one dungeon with them, you can teleport once to them for free. Something like that, anyway. That way, you can maintain some free teleports to the people that matter to you, but you can't just have infinite free teleports to everyone you know all the time.
Raise has limits, like range or line of sight.Why didn't you just BLU mage it? Die and have her raise you?

If I jump off the top of the tower and miss the light post at the bottom, I can just bounce back, then have my wife jump off. If she misses, she bounces back to me; if she makes it, we wait 15 min til I can port to her.
For the tower climb, as long as any progress is made, the person ahead need not move/lose progress.

Next thing you know Lalafells in white shirts and black slacks are going to be knocking on your doors asking for a moment of your time.
That's what we call FCs in this game.
lmaoㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yikes.. I will never understand all the hate coming from people like you. Why do you care if three people want to enter into a relationship with each other? Why do you believe this should not be allowed in Eorzea?
