I still play Cyberpunk 2077 from time to time but i can't completely compare No man's sky and cyberpunk together.
Cyberpunk has a lot of coding issue when No man's sky was just missing almost everything that was promised
The seas continue to rise while the lesser moon continues to fall, and ilm by ilm, the world becomes ever more unlike itself, without the illumination of knowledge, we but vainly flail as specters in the dark.
Pretty unfortunate for me, like many others I won't be able to reschedule my time off. I find it odd how many people are aggressively defensive about people being disappointed as if they're not allowed to be.
That said, this has killed what little hype I had left. The months extra tacked on due to covid, things I like in game getting cut for things I don't, classes getting to the point where "new abilities" are just upgraded old abilities rather than something new for most classes, and now a delay so close to release. I'm confident that the story will be interesting at the very least and it's really the only I have left to look forward to.
Yeah, completely different. On top of the latter being more of a sandbox game. Updates will never fully "fix" that game. It'll get better sure.. in maybe two years - if it isn't dumped. That game needed a launch delay of probably a one year minimum, two years more likely. I don't particularly like delays, but sometimes they do need to happen. I wouldn't doubt it was necessary here, especially with the influx of players joining in this year to FFXIV, who will be there for Endwalker launch.
