I'm reading ToS and...
Expressing your wishes in the form of a request, as in the following example, does not constitute a violation.
"I'm getting attacked by the enemies, can you put on your stance?"
"It would be great if you could focus on healing because I'm in trouble!"

Thinking about this now, when I joined the game my english was far spottier so I tended to not type out full sentences/questions. Even now if Im on a squishier job and I wind up with aggro I'm going to be dead before I get "I'm getting attacked by the enemies, can you put on your stance?" typed out ^^;

Up to page 22 now. It is definitely the issue here. People are outraged that they have to behave like an adult and can't abuse other people and their time.

You're being disingenuous. People have been giving examples of what the issue is which are those that have nothing to do with just being rude.

They need to remove Ichorous Ire and Livia's first phase if they're not going to allow that kind of sentence.

Just state the mechanic and let them follow it.

"We can only beat [duty/content] by using [something]. You can't do it any other way, so stop doing that!"
Example of a non-violation:
"I think [duty/content] will go more smoothly if we do [something], so I want to try doing it this way, is that okay with everyone?"

Example 2
Example of a violation:
(In response to an opinion) "Your idea is ridiculous, what are you talking about!?"
Example of a non-violation:
(In response to an opinion) "I understand your opinion, but I think I can do better with [something], what do you think?”

How to express "that strat will fail" under these rules:
"I hear you, but that wouldn't work because it leaves [condition] unfulfilled, which will cause a wipe."
"I've tried that in the past and it didn't work."
"That's a neat idea, but it would probably be best if we do [generally accepted strat] for this run, since most of us know that, but let's try that new one out some other time when we're not under a time crunch."

Oh that was completely predictable. You can expect people on this forum to be like this. They can't simply be nice. They have to be negative and behave the way they do, that's why they believe they can't talk ingame.

Oh and apparently its now also another thread about tanks pulling too much/too little and going too fast/too slow.

I'm glad to see they're discouraging boosts and RMT. I have no worries about any of the other rules either. I'll play the way I always have and as long as I'm not excessively rude to others, I won't be banned, difference in playstyle or not.

Something that worries me is:

Where's the logic in that? all these rules are just empowering trolls and bitter people. Like you're not even safe to joke around your friends even in FCs if someone decides to become a bitter snowflake in that moment even if the conversation has nothing to do with them. Like in our FC we're constantly joking and calling each other c**ts and stuff like that and we're always laughing, but if someone doesn't like a specific person and feels bitter and reports them, they win because they just happened to read that joke that didn't even involve them, even if 9 out of 10 people tolerate the joke. Like what? when you're not safe even among friends, all these rules are basically just telling us to never use chat and always use voice channels on discord or whatever. Socializing is gonna be destroyed. No fun allowed.
