You can indeed tell a DPS to do their AoE rotation.

"Hey *DPS*, the mobs will die quicker if you use AoEs on them!"
"*DPS* do you have an aoe rotation unlocked? You should use it"
"You should AoE these mobs to avoid more damage *DPS*"

Selling clear is bad. Whether for gil or RMT. If you want the reward you must earn it. You're not entitled to every reward in the game by just liking FFXIV. No respect for anyone who thinks otherwise.

So SE basically encourages players to lie. Because stating a fact like "duty not going well" is controversial now? It's not even rude or aggressive in any way.

Why people suddenly freakout on something that's better for PF? Or even, the stalking stuff?

    - The player in question has children who begin crying all of a sudden. Naturally, a good parent would immediately drop everything and go investigate the cause.
    - The player in question is a volunteer firefighter or similar role that can be called to respond to a sudden emergency.
    - The player in question has a spotty, unreliable internet connection.

That's just three examples, but I'm sure there are many more.
"Sorry guys, I've got to go feed the baby"; "Hi guys sorry if I leave abruptly, I'm on call" / "Sorry I've got to go work is calling", "Sorry guys my connection is being lagging/jumpy and I feel like I'd be more of a burden to progress".

I'm pretty sure it's not difficult to communicate this much just before you press the leave button so your intent is known beforehand.

If only you had paid attention to the final part of the section under

    ・Intentional leaving or disconnection

Even if there was no intention to interfere with others, repeated occurrences can be a nuisance to others. If you are experiencing network instability, or if you are frequently unable to play due to real-world circumstances, be considerate of others by refraining from participating in the duty/content, taking into account that you may unintentionally cause issues for others.

That 'nuisance behavior' section is gonna make a lot of people just flat out stop queueing for DF content whatsoever. We can get punished just for leaving now?

You are correct. However, and this is specifically mentioned:

"Additionally, making suggestions or requests does not necessarily mean that they must be accepted. When your suggestion/request is rejected, you cannot then criticize or blame others, pressure others or otherwise refuse to respect their opinion, or persistently repeat the same suggestion/request or otherwise attempt to impose your playstyle on others". Thus, the point still stands. As a tank, you could still not use your defensives, and if someone brings it up again, the "suggesting" player could be reported.

How so? The way trashmob groups are placed you can either pull one or two(or more in some older dungeons). It's nowhere stated which options is the intended one.
If SE wanted groups to just pull single trash groups they would have placed barriers between every group
