Idk, the most 'feminine' thing I've seen from DNC is the random ribbon from their new EW ability, and even then you can just pretend it's a butterfly. I was actually concerned it'd be an overtly feminine job, but glad to be wrong, it's my favorite and go-to dps.

Just glam a suit over. Every job looks awesome in a suit.

I for one would 100% appreciate bare shouders and about all the stategic cuts fem gear has on male gear too, ya know all the bare thighs with leggings awkwardly belted on leaving sexy holes all over the piece of clothing. Shadowless caster legs and Omega/Omicron stuff come to mind.
Goes to different direction too: would have loved to use Neo-Ishgardian male mode body on fem character, buuuut it is frills for me unfortunately.

This is not limited to FFXIV, pretty much every healer in any RPG is
"green nature magic"
or
"white priest"
Maybe add white labcoat doctor for a third.
Dare you to find anything else.

It is what it is. If your friend isn't into WHM and DNC, then they're welcome to play jobs with animations they likes more.
Personally, I think it's a silly complaint and makes them just look super insecure.

She is now!! https://i.imgur.com/vfshop7.jpg (ShB spoilers)

Rift's Purifier (healing with actual fire), a portion of Rift's Frostkeeper (uses cold wind to heal), a portion of Rift's Bard and a portion of Archeage's Songcraft (healing with music), ESO Nightblade's Siphoning spec (draining HP from enemies to heal and consuming your own health to heal), ESO Necromancer's Living Death spec (consume corpses to heal and/or debuff yourself to heal). And then Occultist from Darkest Dungeon (bleed an ally to heal them instantly). That's all I could think of that isn't holy light, light or nature.
Not difficult to come up with healing that isn't holy, light or nature just the devs for this game have to use preexisting jobs and nearly all FF healing magic is white or blue. At least with astro, a job the devs made up, their heals are green and gold and not white, blue and more white.
