I sorta got hyped with Sage, hoping it would be an answer to the "One button spam problem". I was hopeful, but then the leaks made me realize it' s the same as the other healers, but slightly more streamlined.

It plays essentially like a hybrid between a SCH and a WHM, without the clunky fairy or the clipping.

Your oGCD heals are essentially SCH spells, and your DPS abilities are all GCDs to, I assume create weaving windows for healing spells. Too bad you no longer need weaving windows when your Basic filler spell has been reduced to 1.5s.
That is a QoL aspect to all healers wich I guess is welcome in classes that suffered from GCD clipping issues.

None Toxikon is a GCD you use for movement at barely any Dps gain, so there is not much reason to use it beyond those dungeon pulls.

Phlegma III is a nice break up, tho, even if its a worse Assize you can't weave into your spells. You get to use it more often at least, and that is great.

The rest of the kit is allright. It seems we'll still be spamming our Nuke for most of the fights. Oh and we get Pneuma, wich is a big AoE with a lot of healing support effects, and since it does the same damage as our basic nuke, it wont get used as a DPS tool.

It kinds bothers me how Sage seems to have been designed to make Glarebroil/Phlegma III/Dialysis and the only desirable dps options, while making the rest so incredibly circumstatial.

Phlegma III is truly the only highlight of the class in terms of DPS, on a healer that is supposed to be more "offensively" oriented. The rest is back to one button spam.

On a more positive note Haima and Panhaima seem pretty original.
