But I'm sure some dungeons get the extended cut scene started right after you kill the boss then I understand if people leave but when we are talking about a 3-5sec death scene and then your free to move around again I'm sure people can wait just for that to receive a nice reward in form of the gratitude of someone you just did meet for maybe the last time or if your lucky you will meet him or her in the far, far future.
It depends. In the dungeon "The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak" when someone enters the area of the endboss the cutscene is ~3 minutes long if you make the MSQ here.
