if you lvl a dps then dungeons are the last thing you want to do for the more fast way. adn for the love of god not doing wall to wall may add 1 min to the run. -_-
Apparently not popping sprint on cd turns other players into geriatrics with a walker on someone else’s screen. It doesn’t happen on mine, does that feature unlock later? And every dungeon run takes 45 min at least, if not an hour! Two! SE must be meddling with my clocks because it sure looked like 15 min on mine.
You can queue for dungeons while doing other things or being AFK, and doing 1 pack at a time doesn't add 1 minute to a run, it nearly doubles the length of a run.

I've actually tested this (and heal-only healer tests too) and the single pack pulls add, on average, 15 minutes to a run.
Heal only healers add 6-10 minutes to a run as well.

Why is it a problem?
Incorrect. Many players like to do dungeons and they like them more when they are fast, flawless and effiecient. Seeing everything melt like butter on a pan feels great.
Please don't try to mask inefficient play styles behind the category of "new players". I've seen some really skilled new players who can carry their own weight, and some really bad players at cap. Choosing to play in a way that is slow or otherwise inferior doesn't warrant extra tomes. You already get what you wanted: a slow run. That's the reward.
There is always something to do in this game. When I go fast in dungeons, I'm not forced to be bored until the next one. Instead, I can go farm this and that and end up with dozens of mounts and minions and titles and glamours that other people, who are wasting time in their slow runs, don't have.
It's not the responsibility of dps and healers to compensate for a slow tank, or vice versa. "Other people will still play at 99% efficiency so it's ok for me to make the dungeon 5 minutes longer with my play style and hold them back" is not a great attitude to have. If everyone does that it's 20 minutes longer.
Those players have infested every role so it's not even a matter of queuing as a tank to get fast dungeons. Then you get healers with every level 80 healing job who don't touch their damage skills, or dps who don't know their rotation. One could always make a premade for roulettes, but my question is, is it too much to ask from the DF that players at least perform better than trust NPCs? I think it's sad that it's not guaranteed.

I'd like to know if you're experiencing time in a different rate than the rest of us, because on the timers it's simply evident it's nowhere near just '1 min'. If what you're actually trying to say is "Not doing wall to wall won't make the run necessarily too long." then saying "add 1 min to the run" is not a good sentence to convey that.
Let's break it down, roughly.
[First Wall Pull] > [Second Wall Pull] > [Boss]
First wall pull generally takes about 30s to 50s to mow down. The ones like Matoya's Relict can be even shorter! This assumes everybody are performing their rotation decently, including DPSing healer, and good use of toolkits. Subsequent wall pull before next boss will take -just slightly longer- because there are probably some offensive toolkits are on cooldown. By the time the group reaches the boss most if not all tools should be off cooldown. Boss generally take about 2-4m depending on the encounter.
Now, what if the party decides to do smaller pull?
[First small pull] > [Second small pull] > [Third small pull] > [Fourth small pull] > [Boss]
Again, with the same group of players. First small pull? No sweat. But now they have to do this cycle of "Faster pull > Slower pull" one extra time because for whatever reason they want a smaller pull. And don't forget travel time may also be counted here. The group stops to kill the mob four times instead of just twice.
And it doesn't stop there. We still have another factor that determine how fast a run will go: the players. Yes, it's us. You, me, they, whoever's in the party.
You get a healer that refuse to DPS? Add more time spent there. (A dpsing healer or a good tank can dish roughly about two-third of 1 decent DPS' output.)
You get a dps that just do single target attacks? Add more time spent there.
You get a freestyle player that just presses whatever button they want? Add even more time spent there!
You get a player that pretends to be present but is actually just auto attacking stuffs? Add mo-- oh wait. Just vote dismiss them and carry on with only 3 players manpower while waiting for a replacement.... yep, more time spent!
