Housing is completely broken...

If housing is a really important part of the game as promised, there are lots of others out there. I'd suggest playing another until it is fixed to your liking. If I couldn't have a part of the game as advertised, I'd be gone.

For players maybe but there's no gameplay merit to it cept maaaaybe gardening. Then again, go check out housing wards, most people don't even use that

Plenty of people that use housing as a one and done deal, that's why the housing xones seem so empty. Well, it is why they are so empty.

Housing will lose plenty of value the moment everything's gonna be instanced. Which would be a shame imho. And frankly, to a noob like me it also sounds more complicated than more server/housing zones.

But as they stated multiple times, it's not that easy.

They'll add new realm with EW probably, that's your chance to get a house :3

If you're on a full server already, wait for ishgard and then go checking out the old zones!

It's not impossible to get a house currently, and you also don't need to camp a plot 24/7 which plenty of people seem to see as the only way of getting one.

Get an Apt. If all you want is housing! Get a house if you wanna actively partake in a neighbourhood! That's atleast how I see it and I seem to be a tiny minority

It might lose value to you and a few other players. It would gain value for me (even though I already have a house), other players who would like to have more than one house without resorting to the FC exploits, and all the players who don't currently have one at all but want one.
