    Two skills.

    Fey Union and Fey Blessing (lol). I'd honestly prefer Fey Blessing have 2 charges and a 30s recharge at this point. I might actually use it then.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    Well technically speaking, since Broil is 1,5s (not need to weave it) now and Fey Blessing cost no Fey Gauge, it'll has more uses.
    Don't get me wrong though, it doesn't miraculously make it be awesome. It's less bad.

    That said... Fey gauge definitly need something else to spend it on.

    A boost to the potency would be nice
    It's not that strong when you take into account that the fairy stops healing

    Another thing that would make it good would be stronger boss AA. Too many bosses spend 80% of the fight casting which makes tank heal requirement quite low. Even including TB as most TB require a swap (thus no heal after the blow)

    ^ This, even allowing some bosses to keep auto attacking through casts would make huge impact.
