I can't say I'm actually against it, but I just don't think it is necessary. People could be reasonable and mature and simply, I don't know, not worry about something so trivial. That goes both ways I'm sure, but I do feel that this "issue" isn't really an issue at all. All this thread and others like it have accomplished is making something out of what should be nothing.

It's no more an issue than any other request out there. It always becomes this argument about how much we need it or how badly it impacts immersion so it's important.

It's really not. It's another feature that would be useful to some. Everyone still plays the game and deals with it, like every other thing that could be helped but hasn't been. I'd like it. Some would not.

Shock I know, but you can mod the files to make this game as immersive or crazy or whatever you want.

This is a waste of dev resources. You want to block glams, do the legwork and learn how.

Much like the damage meters, that is a decision people will have to make.

What people are essentially saying here is “Devs, you made a thing that I don’t like. So work more to make me options so I can hide the thing you put blood/sweat/tears into because it doesn’t match my sensibilities. Oh and make it so I can choose which ones I want to see because hey everyone has different taste. Thx<3!”

It’s a waste of time and I would argue rude. If the devs didn’t want you to see a cat boy in a Speedo with a frog head, they wouldn’t have made it in the first place.

.. or they listened to their player base and put things in that people asked for. Like many things in this game.

Yeah go for it. I am all for people being able to turn glams off. I doesn't affect me. If its just client side why not? The only people who would care about something like this are people who are monumentally insecure or just wanting to ruin other peoples enjoyment.

You're admitting you love to antagonize people on purpose and will theoretically attempt to circumvent an ingame feature to get at people trying to enjoy themselves purely out of spite.
