MSQ cutscenes - Allow vote to skip if there are no first time/new players

... you do realize that literally proves my point, yes? Without the buffed rewards people wouldn't touch MSQ, thus said rewards are compensation for your time. Therefore, if you could skip all the cut scenes, you no longer need an incentive.

If you meant no one was doing it before, when cut scenes were skippable. That's just flat wrong.

Of course no one was doing it before the cut scenes were skippable, it was the most under used DF roulette.

But this community just hates Vets getting nice things.
