The best and most accurate methods will require you to take your time and look through it. That said, there are websites you can try to use but they rely on players using their mods (which is against ToS) to search and update pricing. Things like https://www.ffxivmb.com/
But a lot of it really is patience. If there were very quick and easy ways to get rich, everyone would do it. Just like real life, it takes special knowledge and/or a lot of hard work to get there. Btw, when you're getting things like Gysahl Greens, you're making sure to buy from vendors, right?
*Note*
I'm assuming you know this, but if you look at item descriptions it always shows if items can be desynthesized, how much you can sell to a vendor, but then it also says Shop Selling Price. It's very important to pay attention to that. If you see it can be bought from a vendor cheaper, then be careful on blowing money on the Market and all. If you don't know where it's sold, check out the official guide. https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/
On their database it shows where items can be purchased and/or what it takes to craft it.
