Um yes we do? Psychopaths who broke no laws, but have the urges we very much care about that and want to do more studies on behavioral issues. These people are who have not acted out on it are victims as well. Have you no heart?

Myself, they know right from wrong. They understand and should be getting help with it. Even though getting help they have to deal with people like you, even if they have great self control. They will be label as guilty no matter what. So not only is help not really that great right now because we just don't have enough understanding yet.

We can all talk about it, but we don't know what it is like. How to live a normal life with such struggles. I refuse to label someone a bad person because life pick to wire them in a bad way. Only how they act on it is when I will judge, and no fake pictures, hentai, and such is not acting on it.

and yes it is acting on it, imagine feeding and feeding that desire and acting like that's the right thing to do, even then since they have no attraction to grown people they could just nip the whole thing in the bud, literally.

To be fair ASPD have just recently gotten more research done over the years and generally as someone with a diagnosis for the most part people have a hard time caring about those who just do not care.

Which I get, it is also hard to get help when you personally just do not care either.
