As an aside, for those claiming that nothing will be done in response to creepy and inappropriate content in a Japanese game:



What a lot of people seem to be failing to realise is that many of us are more than willing to turn a blind eye so long as such things are done in private and not excused/bragged about. Since a portion of players are becoming so brazen in the defense of such things, I suspect that it is but a matter of time before Square Enix decide to crack down. They already did as much by removing the ability to chat in PvP, since the toxicity wasn't a good look for the company when promoting the game.

Push too hard? Don't be surprised if there's pushback in turn.

Equally hilarious as watching you make up your own version of what he said. You seem to require some reading glasses, because he didn't refer to having any such power, but to what collective pushback can achieve - and this isn't solely about what's being done in private.

This may come as a shock to you, no one cares what the stance of the devs is or even what the hallowed YoshiP thinks. So you and your fellow puritans can stop wasting your breath about it or screaming "TOS" over and over.

And you can try your collective pushback all you want, you'll still be as powerless and fake as that guy on TWITter claiming he had 50 accounts banned.
