Personally speaking, what happens in the privacy of an FC house, apartment, or otherwise, should stay there. If you're walking into THAT, then you likely knew full well what was going on to begin with. Nude mods are nude mods, they've been around forever, and SE can't do anything about them anyway without egregious breaches of privacy. As for the 'minors' thing, again, that should be aggressively policed by the community.

The thing is, any action SE takes in an official capacity sets a precedent going forward, and I believe the dev's stance is to avoid setting precedents unless absolutely necessary, see the banning of streamers for using parsers to encourage harassment.

To be frank, brothels and the like might not be my thing, but if they've having fun with the game in their own way, and it's in private, then I'm not inclined to care all that much.

Unfortunately, it is routinely NOT done in private, and these "venues" are also advertised frequently specifically for the goal of making gil. On top of that, many of these modders sound to be doing it for actual money as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Asmongold is/was being sought out specifically to advertise "venues".
