Getting houses via PVP

100% correct lmao. I come from pvp in other mmos. If I can use my ideas for my own gain, who is to stop me? I am sure the pvp community would agree with me. And other new players who are good at pvp but don’t want to farm Gil.

Let me tell you as someone who solely pvpd in other games. Ill give a big hard pass to this.

If you are such a great pvp'er you'd know tying big (necesarry) sought after rewards to PvP wouldnt improve the state of it, it would have an adverse effect. And would throw in players that dont want to be there.

Which opens another door for carries. Thought RMT was bad? Just wait till they can add Gold carries to that list.

Tying Housing to PVP makes no sense at all.

However the idea of players earning a priority status for housing via something else say... crafting/gathering, could be a good idea.
For example, the Ishgard Restoration could offer 'Firmament Priority Tickets' for a huge amount of Skybuilders Scripts. Buying one will allow you to bypass the timer as if you were relocating, even if you don't already have a house.
This would be limited to only aiding those dedicated crafter/gatherers who don't already have a house, and specifically only for the Firmament in 6.1, those who do already have a house would gain nothing.

As I understand it, Firmament plots will come with two different systems, the usual timer system we have (which the Priority Tickets would work on) and a Lottery system, which would obviously be free and fair for all. So either way, everyone will have a chance, and this would give dedicated crafter/gatherers a better shot in one of those systems.

its hard to imagine that someone could innocently come up with so many... different... ideas that seem to do little more than attempt to create an opportunity for the OP to express derision for the game

either that or they are just fundamentally unhappy with themselves and their life and this is a call for help to guide them to a better future and to be a better version of themselves.
