The biggest problem I see though is the mass of updates. Unless you can write on the game's memory stick this game would be filling your all-purpose memory stick with 12GB of tiny files.

I might be wrong, but the updates, will shrink in size. I got a 32gb card, basically I guess that this will be able to update ff xiv for 10 years lol.
