After two expansions of nice experience as dps in all content i decided to go back to healing and up to level 59 everything was fine but then this sunday i did Gubal library four times to pass level 60 and it was a true nightmare : the first time at least the group communicated so in the end they did great but the other three ? i could do nothing except endure because i tried to explain mechanics when i could in english and french (because most of the time they wouldnt wait even after 3 wype) just to be ignored or insulted because trying to make my healer experience better and not a nightmare is elitism and being selfish...
Then dinged 60 and decided to try alliance raid and it was even worse....

So sorry for the long story but in the end my question is : it is the norm after 60 ? because if it is i prefer to know so i can stop and not kill my enjoyment of the game.
Insults are never normal. Being ignored is also not ok. But thats not a matter of what role you play.

Its hard to tell, where the problem is. People dont change just because you reached 60 as healer. Maybe just bad luck. Or people just dont want any explanation, because they already know what to do.
Maybe you can tell us, how you play your healer?

AST job, i try to anticipate damage or mechanic to use the right tool, Benefic 2 then a Aspected Benefic when i see a tank burster coming or someone taking big single target damage then continue to use Benefic 2 until damage slow down and regen is enough to keep the target alive(diurnal), i precast a little before aoe hit the group when using Aspected helios(diurnal) or before the cast finish to shield the group (night sect) or will do helios then aspected helios if the damage is too high (just got celestial opposition so i'm still learning to use it), i also use Esuna when needed (cutter cry second boss) or when thrash apply debuff on the tank like paralyze, i will ignore poison if only one stack and counter it with a regen(diurnal) or let the shield take the damage (night sec)

For CD i use lightspeed when a lot of dodging happen so i can keep my group up while dodging (like the end boss of aetherochemical research facility or Tioman in Sohm al), i use synastry on the tank when a lot of damage are coming and people arent packed so i need to spot heal everyone, i try to keep switcast for mechanic who can instant kill someone (like disclosure in gubal library...) in case raising is needed or use lightspeed to raise faster if the fight doesnt have a lot of movement, i also try to use
rescue to help people (if someone doesn't hide behind a rock on meteor style attack) or to help them do a mechanic (Second boss of sirensong dungeon when they the boss pull the player i rescue him to dispell the black link) but i know some people dont like the spell so sometimes i hesitate to use it.

If there is something i do badly don't hesitate to tell me i would appreciate that, tryed to ask people in dungeons but no one said something.

i understand what you're saying and i hope it's just bad luck.
when explaining mechanics i try to not impose myself on people, it's true some people like to go blind (i do), other have watched a guide on internet so they know, i react only after the first boss(depending of how we wyped) or if they ask,(i can understand sometime you tryed to dodge but missed, it's okay because you tryed) but when you take every attack on everyboss without even trying to dodge and it's the whole group doing that... it's just a nightmare.
something i fear too is people taking the ff14 dungeon are easy meme too seriously which is true if you do mechanics but not if you ignore them...
