If you play on PC, you can literally use the 2B leggings to be replaced by a mod. I don't understand why you want to police how other players express themselves and what they look like. There are literally 18+ Role Players in the game. This is a game mainly played by millenials and older Gen Zs. Most players are in their 20s and 30s. The fact that you want to censor outfits (that aren't even nudity) is pretty ridiculous.

Every game I've played over the years has had this topic brought up by an extremely small and extremely vocal portion of the community. Every time it ends up the same...vocal supporters of said topic get more and more frustrated while the rest of the community rightfully steamrolls them.

In the end of the day I don't think that devs should have to suffer to create special options for people who are solely offended by one very specific and arbitrary thing.
Like as soon as they'd put something like this in, then okay why not this other toggle do people who don't like something else not matter?
It'd just be a waste of time and resources to appeal to a very tiny minority for no real reason, everyone has to deal with seeing content in games that they might not like there's nothing about this that makes it somehow especially in need of attention.
It just kinda reeks of entitlement to act like because something in a game exists that you might not approve of that very specific thing needs a toggle to remove it from sight.

The only case I'd say a toggle would be needed is when censorship happens, when a developer needs to change their work because of a shitty publisher or whatever.
Then yeah I think there should be an uncensor toggle problem solved even if I think games should always be uncensored as default.

But I think that's different, that's not asking for arbitrary censorship that's asking for an option to get the game as it was intended.
The OP on the other hand is asking for the former.
People gotta put on their big boy/ girl pants and learn to deal with things they might not like existing.
And just because you dislike something doesn't make it more important than what someone else might dislike.

I don't particularly like buff dudes with their shirts off for example, but I am not asking for them to be removed or changed I don't even really react to them at all I just don't focus on them.
If you couldn't stop focusing on them that'd be your problem not the game.

Edit: A more similar example some people think it's '' cringe '' with cute and girly stuff, why are they not deserving of a toggle then? A lot of them won't even play the game because of the existence of cute and girly things in it.
The truth is that no game can or should appeal to everyone and sometimes most of a game can appeal to you but some things not.
You gotta learn to live with it just like everyone else does.

I think that people just don't want the devs to waste their time on this and there's just something annoying about people who want the devs to change something like this because they personally take offense to it.

There is no good reason for it that justifies this being of special concern.
I feel the same way too about cursing for example if a movie has a lot of swearing in it I quite frankly think that people kinda just need to grow up a little and not demand that the movie makers go in and bleep or re-record things.
If they end up doing that anyways I don't really care it's moreso the idea of it that is bad imo.
I don't think that creators should have to think about this or cater to what specific thing people choose to get upset by.

I think that the thing that bothers me the most about it is that they have almost every single other game in existence that caters to what they want already.
Especially Western games...

And if someone asked for the reverse and wanted a toggle for *more* revealing options they'd get ridiculed but in most cases it's considered fine to sit around shitting on revealing costumes and asking for this.
Even if it went differently in this thread generally speaking usually people who complain about this have free reign while anyone who defends said content or want more of it get ridiculed.
Like typically people can just complain and be extremely shitty about sexualized characters but if anyone defends them, asks for more or is upset when they get erased they get mocked.

The truth is that I think more options are fine in general, however I also think that people need to learn to deal with the existence of things they don't like.

At the end of the day there'll always be folks who don't take it "seriously", don't care about immersion etc. but I suspect there's also those who are frustrated by the limitations in place that they've... simply given up trying?
