Can we toggle off questionable glamour?

While sort of an extremist opinion, if someone wants the ability to freely toggle the display of other player characters in an open world zone, what exactly is the argument against them being able to do so?

I was being sarcastic. How other players choose to dress up their characters is of no concern to me. Conversely, I come up with glamours I enjoy for myself, and care very little what everyone else thinks about them.

This particular request is problematic, because it implies having a measure of control over what other people do in a shared space. And it being only client side doesn't change that.

I personally feel that the OP might be playing the wrong game. Asian type games, movies, stories have always had this type of personalization in them.

Asmongold is never coming to this game regardless of that because his fanbase would completely abandon him for it. If you want to play with him so badly, just go play WoW. I heard the new expansion is supposed to be pretty good and might actually redeem the story disaster that was BfA.

A troll topic can still provide a fun conversation. That said caring about something that in most situations would not even know that another person altered their appearance. Outside a few outliers. Is rather silly indeed. More or less that is what this boils down to that those against the idea outside the fact it will never happen either way are against the idea because the mere possibility of having another person altering their appearance is what they find disturbing.
