An idea regarding Relic raids.

I'd love to see BA and DRS made much more accessible, though I'm not really sure what the best solution to that would be. I refuse to use Discord. It has its uses, but I think requiring it is detrimental to the content that it is supposedly "needed" for at least as far as player participation goes.

Then you'll likely never participate in DRS unless they completely nerf it into the ground. There are far too many things that could go wrong for any group not to require Discord. You don't even need to talk but simply listen.

I think one thing the developers have not fully thought through with their SB and ShB relic design is what happens when the content dies. It actually came to a head after CLL. People stopped running CLL and it became a huge bottleneck for those coming after. And that happened in the same expansion it came out in. The Twelve only know what's going to happen when no one is running it in Endwalker.

Echo was added to CEs when there are not enough people and that includes CLL. CLL was recently nerfed so you don't have to remain on the button to open the door, allowing less than 6 people to do it. I have done CEs solo so everything can be done solo or with two people already even if you restrict yourself to Bozja and Zadnor instead of doing old content.

And that's fine. I just want these things to be more accessible. Getting in shouldn't be the hard part. If that means a ton of failed runs before eventually clearing I'm okay with that. Just because I only have to listen isn't a good selling point. I simply have no interest in using it to clear content that IS doable without it. It's the principle of the matter, mostly.

The accessibility you're asking for is a completely watered down version that can be easily cleared in a pug setting. That's the only way people won't demand Discord. You may be fine with several failed runs but in content with that many players, and with mechanics that can cause the whole group to wipe. People aren't willing to take the risk, especially not out of principle.
