Cruel and Unusual Punishment

It's frightening how someone could take offence at a name you thought completely okay, not being worldly you could so innocently give your character a name that offends someone that is into world events. So I could take a dislike to someone and report their name as offensive to have them banned? Does not the GM's use their own judgement or is it a straight lynching?
I'm going to have to call my future characters '1234' and 'ABCD'. Surly they have to be safe.

surely those are just all coincidences, he actually meant a different cosby, the use of "Klan" instead of "clan" is because he is of german descent and 14 was used in Honor of final fantasy 14 of which he thought everyone was so nice to him until this farce happened. i mean really, who could look at these things and think any of this would have been intentional ? not to forget he mentioned his retainers were named inappropriatly which is most likely also hearsay. 99% chance the names were something totally innocent, like for example niger (the river) or faq (because he likes cigars). people really are to quick to jump to conclusions here /s

This combined with the screenshot has me convinced the Cruel and Unusual punishment was dealt to anyone who has had to deal with you. Your ban is just the GM’s making it up to the community.
