You should be constantly weaving your jumps, buffs, and other oGCDs. Dragoon's complexity is not from the main rotation, but maximizing the use of the oGCDs

I do that but even then it's just super simple because for the most part you're just using them off cooldown and the only time where you don't is when your nastrond and damage cds are cooling down at around the same time. Like it just feels like keeping your oGCDs on cooldown and pressing 1 in the meantime which isn't very complex at all.
