Serious note -Why so many toxic players lately?

I mean, the issue you encountered is absolutely nothing new. There has always been this kind of people in game. We have the Tales from DF thread here that has more than three thousand pages of this and there is an entire subreddit dedicated to the same thing.

We currently have more players than before, so as Krotoan said, more people means more chances to end up with this kind of person.

Thanks for that awesome response. That's true. I've seen the thread you're mentioning but never did go in to read on it. I'm just sitting here working on perspective and all makes sense. Maybe this post will end up being a waste but just putting it out there to see if people feel it's a drastic change, no change at all, just same as usual with larger population, etc. Guess should also ask how people usually deal with those situations, as it's hard to know what to say or do sometimes. (Well, for me anyway)
