they need to improve combat with more HP mobs and force us to fight stronger ones to can level in party.
I will not be satisfied until the game has at least one of these.

Yes, but only if the fights are made longer and more difficult via means of enhanced combat mechanics and mob AI, not something lame like simply increasing attack, defense, and hp stats.

I would like to have longer fights. They could just make the longer fights give more exp. Sick of killing things in 5 seconds

I want my fights to feel like Final Fantasy fights. That means they should last longer than five seconds unless the enemy is significantly below your level. I would prefer xp, however, to not increase as we currently level far too fast and need a speed redux. I leveled PGL, LNC, and MRD from 14, 10, and 10 all to 30 with a 48 hour period a few days ago. That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me, but that is a subject for another thread.
Do the enemies more difficult to beat adding better IA, make then do differents strategies like causing status effects and even calling reinforcement and escape to tend you an ambush, give them more elemental and magical attacks and make us think. The duration of the battle will be longer inderectly without need of cheap HP improvements, and only the work of the party or the player will decide how fast the battle ends.
Enemies should need different stratigies to be defeated, and they should force the player to change his strategy in battle to avoid monotony battles. For example, a monster can low its defense but rose its attacks to dangerous levels, which will force player to play more defensively if he dont want to be dead in 2-3 attacks of the monster. The same monster can rise its defenses very high, making the player to rely on magic or debuffer skills, or special attacks to break the defense while taking care of his HP.
Other monster can rise it evasion, making it hard to kill, or raise its magic so you can put in use your magic defense. Other can teleport in battle and summon other weaker monster, and we can go on listing possibilities!
More variated and difficult battles will make combat longer, or atleast thats how I see it ^^

if people find moogle/ifrit difficult, longer fights and more of a grind probably aren't going to help them much.
besides, you only use thunder and thundara on ifrit anyway. how will having longer fights change anything?
