Yeah there'd have to be checks in place to make sure someone doesn't end up owning more than one house. I mean, I'm a tenant at my friend's house, but I have my own personal. If SE did this they'd have to put in a check for that kind of thing and let the house just demo if tenant already owns personal housing. It'd have to keep a record of the last time the original owner walked through, and at the 45 day mark do a check on if the tenant has a personal house. If not, house automatically goes to them. If so, house demos.
