Pandemic didn't stop male bunny boys from happening and that probably required more work than a new level 1-50 Limited job, or Ultimate, or fixing current Viera and Hrothgar, or a lot of other more requested features.

Pandemic limited the amount of content we could get. Devs then decided to give more priority to certain stuff over other to please a vocal and loud minority.

Really tired of people assuming software developers are a fungible resource and that the same graphic designers who make characters are the ones designing battle content and ultimates
