I'm sure it always happens just some people might not be so sensitive to these sort of details or everyone has just gotten used to it, but man does it's always bothered me hehe.. Every single time I watch a YouTube video of FFXIV ARR of someone else I see this so I can 100% ask you to link some random YouTube video of a raid or a dungeon and I can time stamp this for you.

FYI: This does not happen on your character, it's other's characters on your screen.
