    While I agree that it's shitty behaviour, if I remember correctly it wasn't him that came up with it.
    But one of his stream buddies and he came up with it on his stream so now everyone attributes it to him ( altho he has condoned it I think ).

    I don't think that doing an emote at someone is harassment in and of itself but doing it systematically like that I think kinda is albeit very mild.
    I could kinda see why some would think it's really pushing the definition of it even tho I'd agree that it's just poor behaviour.
