The entire fate and CE system of Bozja is just unclear and unintuitive. To spawn something you need to kill a particular mob that you have to use external resources to figure out, and even then the following fate might either be on a hidden cooldown tied to last spawn or straight up blocked by other events...

They should do it like GW2, initial spawns (with a fail timer) is tied to the server time, and the mobs that need to be killed is clearly marked with it's own fate that lasts longer and takes longer to complete. And let it so that multiple CE can spawn simultaneously and that it has proper scaling so you don't need a full raid to complete it.

Now players won't have to be afraid that the event is on an unknown cooldown or locked out by griefers since they know exactly when it will appear thanks to a fixed spawn time for it's precursor and it won't be locked out if some else wants to go for another CE.

There is no skirmish that follows Help Wanted and from your comments here it does appear you're not really sure which skirmish it dropped in. You have a link to the website that lists Help Wanted as dropping the Sartauvoir note?

Yes, Help Wanted spawns Pyromancer Supreme which features Sartauvoir as the main enemy. I remembered it dropping from Pyromancer Supreme, so I looked it up.

Pyromancer does drop a field note which is Note 7. Note sure why it would drop 2 different notes but if you got it there you are pretty lucky. There is another fate in Zone 2 which features Sartauvoir.. That fate doesn't drop a note to my knowledge and could be a prime candidate for a fix for the spawn issue with FAF.

As a side note my alt got the 43 note this morning from Supersoldier Rising with about 5 or 6 spawns in the couple of hours I was in Zadnor. It's a 5 star note without the hassle of the FAF/Steel fate chain. Either patch it to drop in another skirmish or fix the spawn issue.

That website also listed Dyunbu's notes as drops from 'Brought to Heal' and 'No Camping Allowed' based on people's reports of it dropping there before the last patch actually added them to those Skirmishes, so it's not super accurate.

12 is a 4 star note 14 is a 5 star. It's certainly reasonable to expect that people shouldn't have to work that hard for a 4 star note. I'm of the opinion they shouldn't have to work that hard for a 5 star note either when other 5 star notes are not subject to the same nonsense.

She's also a 4 star rarity note and he's 5 star, so maybe that has something to do with it?

I ended up getting mine from 'Of Steel and Flame' in the end.

Says a lot about what people have to say about getting notes when in fact a patch needs to in fact add them to the loot table. I know a lot of people spent time camping those skirmishes due to misinformation it appears. I still find it pretty odd a skirmish would drop two different notes but then again I'm not in a position to say it does or doesn't with certainly. I use online guides like everyone else.

I think for sure Lyon II is 5 star and people say they do up to 50 runs of Dalriada for it. It took me in that sort of territory for Lyon I from Castrum, which is also 5 star.
So I suppose it just really is that rare that you can do any of these skirmishes 50 times just for a slim chance at a drop.

I've been farming Eden's Promise every day for months and still not got the 5-star card. 5-star things in this game really can mean rare.

Yeah I don't think people are purposely misreporting drops, but when you've been in there for a while and all the Skirmishes start to blend together it's easy to get confused I'm guessing? Or maybe it's just assumed because the character whose note you need shows up in the Skirmish.

I need 3 more now, but thankfully they're all in Zadnor so at least I get decent Mettle while I farm for them compared to Southern Front.

I don't think the 5 star necessarily means a lower drop rate, but it would make some sort of sense a 5 star note has fewer places it can drop, or more tedious/involved ways at least, especially with one of them being a Duel.

Lyon's CL note is 5 star and I got it in 7 runs, Meryall's note is 2 stars and I still haven't seen it, RNG is RNG in the end.
