We can't expect the whole instance of people in various stages of Bozja progression from newbie to mettle capped note grinder, to ignore everything else just to get one fate chain to spawn as soon as possible.

Aside from people who are specifically hanging out to do FATES that drop notes, there are also people who are just doing Bozja for all kinds of other reasons that SE created the content for and those people also have every right to spawn FATES that may or may not help people spawn FAF faster.

When I farmed my notes, I took that into consideration and didn't stress out about the chain. I encountered all kinds of players who absolutely did not care about notes and had their own goals, people it would be much easier to not fight or grief with. There are people who actually want to do Mechanical Man and Unicorn and other FATES so my need for something else, does not take priority any more than theirs does.

I didn't try to stop other people from doing their thing and for some, that thing was to spawn fates that countered the fate I needed so I remained persistent, waited till I had another chance and eventually got mine done.

If that were absolutely the case, people legitimately don't mind and I actively help clear down CE chains myself whenever I'm in BSF

But when people are legitimately blocking the fate chain on purpose that's a different story

Especially when these self same people go into Metal wolf with no intention of dueling and trying to Rescue people into the lasers.

They don't want to duel themselves, they just want to do whatever it takes to stop others getting the note

I admire their conviction in a way, some have really set their minds to doing everything they can to deny that Fate chain and even the duel.

Yet it just goes to show SE have work to do surrounding how the chains spawn so things like this are less susceptible to being trolled.

Have been doing Bozja since it came out and I've never encountered nor witnessed this scenario. Either Aether is a really crappy data centre, or you are being taken for a lolcow.

Regardless of which, Rescue only works if you are in a party. If you know what you are doing, you don't need a party for CEs.

Why I stopped grouping. Now it's just a matter of getting picked for the duel/making sure I don't mess up.

And I wouldn't say Aether is necessarily a bad data centre, we just have one particular server that shall not be named which has a higher population of players that may be a bit on the immature side (the kind that think purposely chasing after the dps when they're marked with a cleave tankbuster is clever and funny)
